02 Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement
By engaging nexaforgeworks for brand identity services, you agree to these Terms of Service. All services are provided as described in individual project proposals and statements of work.
2. Project Scope
Each project begins with a detailed scope document outlining deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Changes to project scope require written agreement and may result in adjusted timelines and pricing.
3. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue date
- 50% deposit required before project commencement
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client. nexaforgeworks retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, business strategies, and proprietary information shared during the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
nexaforgeworks liability is limited to the total value of the project fees. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
04 Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and deliverables completed. The following conditions apply:
- Full refund if project has not commenced
- Partial refund based on completed work if cancelled after commencement
- No refund for completed and delivered work

3. Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
